Preventive Maintenance & Seasonal Service

Most of the expensive repairs we see started as something small that went unnoticed for a season or two: a hairline crack in roof sealant that let water start working into the decking, a generator that sat unused and gummed up its carburetor, or a battery bank that was never checked and failed at the worst time. Preventive maintenance is about catching these things while they are still inexpensive to fix.

A seasonal service visit typically includes checking and resealing roof penetrations, inspecting slide seals and cycling the slide system, testing the battery bank and charging system, running and load testing the generator, checking appliance function, and inspecting the underbelly and structural areas for early signs of moisture. For coaches that sit in storage for extended periods, common with seasonal Florida residents, we pay particular attention to systems that degrade from disuse: batteries, generator fuel systems, and seals that dry out without regular cycling.

We tailor the service to how you actually use the coach, since a full-time luxury coach logging thousands of miles a year has different wear patterns and priorities than a fifth wheel that sits at a seasonal site most of the year, and treating both the same way misses what actually needs attention on each.
