SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

My RV Services LLC operates two text messaging programs. You may opt in to either, both, or neither.

Marketing messages. Promotional offers, discount codes, referral program offers and rewards, seasonal service specials, and maintenance reminders.

Service messages. Messages about an active service request: appointment scheduling and reminders, repair status updates, estimates and approvals.

Consent to either program is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

How to opt in

You can opt in by submitting a form on this website with the SMS consent box checked, by texting the business directly at (855) 768-6019, or by providing your number and consent in person or by phone. Consent is never a condition of receiving service or a quote, and the consent checkbox on our forms is never pre-checked.

You can also opt in by entering your number on our referral page after receiving a referral code from an existing customer. We never add a phone number to our messaging program because someone else provided it , every recipient opts in personally.

Promotional texts require a separate, optional opt-in. Opting out of promotions does not stop service-related messages about an active repair unless you reply STOP.

Message frequency

Marketing messages: message frequency varies, approximately 2-4 messages per month.

Service messages: message frequency varies based on the repair in progress.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or by submitting a new request with the consent box checked.
