My RV Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates myrvservicesllc.net and provides mobile and in-shop RV repair services in Bushnell, Florida and the surrounding areas. These terms govern the use of this website and our repair services. By requesting service or using this website, you agree to them.

Scope of service

We provide mobile and in-shop repair, maintenance, diagnostics, inspection and renovation services for motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and related equipment. Mobile service is subject to site access, safe working conditions, and the nature of the repair; some work requires the shop in Bushnell. We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe or where a repair falls outside what can be performed properly.

Estimates and approvals

Estimates are based on the condition observed at the time of inspection. RV repairs frequently uncover additional damage once a roof, wall, or floor is opened. If the scope changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate and will not proceed with additional work without your approval. Diagnostic time may be billable.

Parts

We use quality parts appropriate to the repair. Parts availability and lead times are set by suppliers and manufacturers and are outside our control. Any manufacturer warranty on a part is provided by that manufacturer and is subject to its own terms. Customer-supplied parts may be installed at our discretion and are not covered by us.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for special-order parts or large jobs. Insurance and extended-warranty claims are billed according to the approved claim; any amount not covered by the insurer or administrator remains the customer's responsibility.

Scheduling, cancellation and storage

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Mobile appointments cancelled after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a travel charge. Vehicles left after work is complete and payment is due may be subject to storage charges.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost trip time, lodging, or loss of use. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for personal belongings left in the RV.
